When you become a member of Realms Vacations, you will have access to unpublished super discounted prices for Hotels & Resorts, Cruises, Cars, Activity & Excursions, Travel Tips, Onboarding Program, Additional Discounts, Rewards Programs and others as we work hard to add value, for an annual membership fee.  When you purchase any of the listed products, you will pay a discounted, unpublished super-discounted price that is guaranteed to be the lowest price, or we match it by 110%.

 

110% PRICE GUARANTEE

Before submitting a Member Price Guarantee claim, you must be a fully paid and active Member, you must have booked a reservation on Realms Vacations that displays the Member Price Guarantee checkmark, paid for the reservation in full and received a valid confirmation number. The sections on the website included in the Member Price Guarantee are vacations (i.e. Accommodations, Cruises, Vacation Packages, and Worldwide Tours) and vacation add-ons (i.e. Car Rentals, Activities, and Golf). Eligible claims must be submitted within 24 hours from the time the original fully paid reservation is made and meet all the Terms and Conditions defined below, must be in Canadian/US Dollars, must be an identical comparison to what was purchased and must be publicly viewable (i.e., the general public must be able to view the rate on a website) available and bookable (i.e., the rate is currently available and can be reserved online) via the Internet.

The lower rate on the other public website must be for (i) Accommodations: the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates, (ii) Car Rentals: same car rental company, same car class, same fare type, same dates and rental duration, same pick up and drop off locations, (iii) Cruises: same cruise line, same dates and cruise duration, same ship, same deck, same cabin type, same departure and arrival port, same itinerary, (iv) Vacation Packages: the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates, same theme park tickets, premiums and/or gift inclusions, (v) Activities: same excursion or activity, same date(s), same duration, same expiration (if applicable), same departure time (if applicable), same location(s) (departure and arrival if applicable), same itinerary or points of interest (if applicable), same inclusions (such as transportation, meals, beverages, passes, tickets, credits/vouchers, etc.), (vi) Worldwide Tours: same dates, same duration, same itinerary, same number of travelers, same trip/travel options (such as accommodations, transportation, excursions, meals, airfare, transfers, insurance etc.), same points of interest, same arrival and departure locations, (vii) Golf: the same course, same tee time, same number of players, same inclusions (such as carts, meals, beverages, club rentals, etc.). Unless included in the reservation made on the Website, packaged items or add-ons are excluded in rate comparisons such as: on-site or on-board credits, coupons and discounts, government taxes and surcharges, recovery charges, insurance fees, resort fees, fuel charges, activities or similar. The final price includes the retail value of any reward credits issued back to the Member upon completion of the reservation or reward credits issued to the Member at the time of purchase which will be deemed to reduce the total cost paid by the Member.

The Member Price Guarantee program does not apply to rates or offers that are (i) available only to members, users or guests of other clubs/organizations/loyalty programs, (ii), negotiated rates, (iii) corporate rates, (iv) convention/group rates, (v) wholesale rates, (vi) government rates, (vii) rates that require coupon/certificate redemption, (viii) rates that are part of a travel package, deal, or bundle which includes more than hotel accommodations, such as parking, meals, entertainment, etc., (ix) rates offered without the specific hotel and location being disclosed until the consumer completes the booking process, (x) rates that can only be redeemed by calling and speaking to an operator or agent, or (xi) any other special or promotional offers or discounts.

Reservations excluded from the Member Price Guarantee include Non-Refundable reservations (except for Weekly Stays and Bonus Weeks) and reservations made or purchased with Reward Credits in full or in part. Members who make a claim under the Member Price Guarantee will forfeit any promotions or discounts which may have been included in the reservation or offered at the time the reservation was made, such as triple reward credits with your booking, cash back upon completion of your reservation, or similar.

We must be able to verify, to our satisfaction, that your claim has been submitted properly and meets all Terms and Conditions of our Member Price Guarantee program. Once verification is complete, we will confirm your claim of the pricing difference by email within 3-5 business days of receiving your submission. If the claim is found to be valid, we’ll credit 110% of the difference to your membership.

Credit will be issued in the form of Reward Credits within fourteen (14) business days following completion of your vacation (i.e. Accommodations, Cruises, Vacation Packages, and Worldwide Tours) and/or vacation add-on (i.e. Car Rentals, Activities, and Golf). Any cancellation or modification will void the approved claim and no Reward Credits shall be issued. Realms Vacations shall not be held liable to credit for claims that have been submitted due to rates that were displayed in error because of us, any vendor or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological mistake.

Offer void where prohibited by law. Claims will be evaluated under the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the claims are made. However, we reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Member Price Guarantee program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify the claim of any Member found to be tampering with the Member Price Guarantee claim process or program, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or to be acting in a fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner. Any claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise ineligible as described in these Terms and Conditions will not be honored and will be disqualified and denied automatically. In the event of any dispute regarding or arising from our Member Price Guarantee, the decisions of Realms Vacations shall be final and binding on all parties.

 

Product & Service Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product or service is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all product and service pricing without notice.

 

30-Day Enrollment Dues Money Back Refund Policy

Realms Vacations upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products and services. Every effort is made to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Realms Vacations membership, you may cancel your membership within 30 days of enrollment, and we will gladly provide a refund.

 

To cancel, please follow these instructions:

You will need to obtain a Cancellation Ticket ID within 30 days from enrollment before we can start processing your refund. Please contact us either by email or phone to receive the return instructions.

How long does it take to receive a credit for a returned item?

After we receive your information, a refund will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Cancellation requests must be completed WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date you enrolled in Realms Vacations. Membership cancellations processed after (thirty) 30 days from the enrollment date will not be eligible for enrollment dues refund.

Travel Related Order

When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. Your order constitutes an offer made to us to purchase a product or service.

 

Your offer is only accepted by us once we have emailed you to confirm the creation of your account and your username and password details and the product or service has been provided to you. Product or service items not included within your account email are not included in the order and contract between you and us.

We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.

If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the credit card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third-party card or account.

*Membership (you) agrees that this is a travel club and is membership based; for you to use any of our services the account must be current and up to date according to the membership you have purchased. Also, you understand that a monthly membership will be debited from your credit card account.

* When using the service and booking a reservation, you must have two forms of identification at time of check-in – including a valid driver’s license, or Passport, and a major credit card for security deposit. Security deposit may vary. Guest understands that the payment shall be automatically debited on the day of the initiation of their order.

* During periods of high occupancy, it is possible that a room may not be available upon arrival. Rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals depending on availability and accommodations.

* Cot(s) may be requested at the hotel; however, cots are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at check-in. Also, the maximum age for a cot is two years old.

* The accommodations shall provide guests with complete access and use of the hotel’s services, amenities and recreational facilities except any services, amenities and facilities that require additional charges or fees.

* The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to any party arriving at a hotel with more than the maximum number of guests allowed for the specific reserved room types.

* In the event Realms Vacations is informed by the hotel/ resort developer that your selected travel dates are unavailable, Realms Vacations reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid to Realms Vacations, excluding additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.

* By proceeding with this reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions, which include the Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policy and all terms and conditions contained in the Realms Vacations User Agreement.

* You agree to pay the cost of your reservation. If you do not pay this debt and it is collected through the use of a collection agency, an attorney or through other legal proceedings, you agree to pay all reasonable costs or fees, including attorney fees and court costs, incurred in connection with such collection effort.

* All Travelers, including children, must have current and valid personal and family documentation such as passports, visas or national identifying documents, as required for the applicable destination of your vacation.

* Traveler’s luggage and belongings must be clearly labeled with name and destination address. Travelers are always solely responsible for their belongings during the vacation. All luggage and personal belongings are carried at Traveler’s own risk.

* Customers should review and comply with any additional requirements referenced on any tickets or related documentation during the vacation. The Traveler must make any claims for the loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings directly with the applicable resort or travel service company.

* All purchased services are specified in the reservation confirmation, except for those accommodation providers for which the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. Generally, hotel check-in times begin after 15:00 hours (3:00 pm local time), and the latest check-out time on date of departure is 12:00 hours (12:00 pm local time) but may vary depending on accommodations. The price may not include extra accommodation charges or fees, service fees, handling fees, destinations surcharges, duties and taxes or incidentals, such as, but not limited to, telephone calls, insurance, laundry service, minibar, parking, etc., which is the responsibility of the Traveler shall be paid directly by the Traveler to the accommodations or service provider. Some countries have a local tax known as “stay tax” or “tourist tax” (eco-tax) that must be paid directly at the establishment and/or the country airport by the Traveler.

* Travelers must make special requests at the time the reservation is placed regarding additional requirements for children such as a crib or childcare. Availability of specially requested items is subject to availability and at the discretion of the accommodating property.

* Most accommodation providers will treat a reservation with three people as a double room with an extra bed, and additional costs may apply. Any additional fees must be paid by the Traveler directly to the accommodations unless specifically designated in the reservation confirmation and paid for prior to arrival.

* No Refunds will be given for No Shows, Unused Nights or Early Checkouts.

* Realms Vacations is not responsible for any acts and/or omissions of accommodations, their employees, agents or representatives. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by Realms Vacations are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. Realms Vacations and its agents, officers and/or suppliers of services pursuant to, or in connection with these itineraries, does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence or default of others, including any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond Realms Vacation’s control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

We know plans change. Sometimes an emergency arises and other times you just end up needing a more convenient date than the one you originally chose. That’s why Realms Vacations offers a flexible cancellation policy.

PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights. Hotel Cancellation Fees are on a per-room basis.
